We develop digital solutions, data-driven processes, and modern IT infrastructure, protect critical energy infrastructure through Cyber Security, and support innovation and strategic transformation through our Inhouse Consulting team.

Our program offers a trainee community and group-wide network, a self-selected mentor, a trainee buddy, HR support, and a dedicated business representative. We provide hands-on learning, Capability & Development Camps, tailored training and coaching, hybrid work, flexible hours, up to 20 workdays of workation, a pension scheme, discounts, and special insurance.

We also offer health and well-being programs, development opportunities, and an inclusive culture. An existing German residence and work permit is not necessarily required. Please apply online by 15 November 2026; the position may close earlier depending on application volume.

Upload your English CV and latest transcript of records, and, if available, work reference letters and degree certificates in the language available to you. A cover letter is not required. We recommend applying only for the trainee opportunity that best matches your profile and interests.
