This means activating local groups, managing influencers and ambassadors, running events, and creating campaigns that move culture. /ppYou will also bbuild and manage relationships with brands and partners /b, working closely with them to launch sponsored collaborations that drive participation and visibility. /ph3You Will Own /h3ulliUser acquisition and referral loops /liliAmbassador and micro-influencer programs /liliPartnerships with local communities, events, and brands /liliBrand and partner relationships, from outreach to ongoing account management /liliSponsored collaborations and campaign activation /liliSocial media pages, content, tone of voice, and posting cadence /liliOnboarding and retention improvements /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliYou've grown a community-driven or consumer product /liliYou know how to turn outreach into real engagement /liliYou are confident building and maintaining relationships with brands and partners /liliComfortable running both online and real-world activations /liliCreative, scrappy, proactive, and accountable /liliYou use AI daily to move faster (content, outreach, research, automation) /liliExperience in events, influencer marketing, partnerships, or startup environments is a plus /li /ulh3Why Join /h3pThis is a founding-level role with real ownership.
