Data Engineer

Overview

You will shape and implement data solutions on a new MS Azure/Fabric platform to enable Analytics, AI and digitalization. In Brugherio, you’ll translate business needs into technical concepts and build scalable data products while collaborating with a global team. You will drive data management, integration, modeling and governance, and empower stakeholders with Power BI insights. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a data-driven transformation with a strong emphasis on cross-functional impact.

Responsabilità

• Analyze business requirements related to data management and analytics
• Develop solution concepts following guidelines and best practices
• Implement data management solutions including integration, transformation, data modeling and storage on Microsoft Azure/Fabric
• Deliver maintenance for developed solutions
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor in Computer Science or similar (implied minimum)
• Proven 4+ years in data management and analytics roles (data engineer/architect)
• Proficiency in data modeling methodologies and ER/DFD design
• Experience with cloud data platform solutions (storage, integration, governance)
• Understanding of cloud services for data storage, processing and analytics
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts and Azure CI/CD and GitHub
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Experience in multinational and geographically distributed environments
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards/reports
