Questa posizione è in AvvaleIl processo di selezione sarà interamente gestito Avvale.--## Job descriptionAvvale is looking for a Senior Data ScientistRole and positionWe are looking for a Data Scientist (AI & GenAI Architect) who will focus primarily on the design and development of AI solutions, with a strong vertical focus on Generative AI solutions that rely on LLM (Large Language Models) capabilities.

Requirements and skillsHard Skills & Technical Expertise:GenAI & LLMs: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (including concepts such as RAG, LLM orchestration, and agentic architectures).Classical AI & Machine Learning (ML): Deep understanding of classical AI approaches and machine learning models, with the ability to assess when to prioritize them over GenAI.Python: Strong proficiency in Python and the core frameworks/libraries dedicated to AI and Data Science.

Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the role. Soft Skills & Personal Attributes:Solution Design & Reasoning: Strong logical and strategic thinking skills to "design" high-level solution architectures (from A to B), focusing on the overall project rather than pure coding.

Client-Oriented Mindset: Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €31.000 and €44.000, commensurate with experience and skills.
