Energy Storage Tech Engineer — Remote & On-site Support

GONEO in Italy is seeking a technical support engineer to handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support for energy storage solutions. The role involves remote or on-site assistance to ensure proper operation and troubleshooting across customer sites.

You will train customers on installation standards, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting, and escalate major issues to headquarters until closure.
