Overview As External Sales for our Heat Transfer Service in Monza, you will drive growth by expanding service opportunities in the Italian food processing sector. You will build lasting customer relationships, use data-driven insights to identify new markets, and collaborate across divisions to deliver aftermarket solutions.

The role combines technical sales with market development and requires hands-on pursuit of new accounts and applications. Responsabilità Develop and expand the heat transfer market within the food process industry in Italy Proactively identify and approach new customers and market segments while managing long-term opportunities Manage the full sales cycle from market mapping to order closing Identify customer needs and propose appropriate technical and commercial solutions Maintain and update the CRM with pipeline and performance data Use market insights to set priorities and actions, aiming at target sales and margins Contribute to sales strategy, market intelligence and competitor analysis Requisiti fondamentali Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, Industrial or Food) At least 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in heat exchangers or food processing Experience in business development and market development within a structured organization Willingness to travel in Italy ~70% of time Valid driving license Italian mother tongue; good English proficiency Advanced MS Windows and Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; CRM experience Previous experience in a multinational company Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Analytical, data-driven decision making CRM usage Heat exchanger knowledge Market analysis and pipeline management
