JOB TITLE: Facility Planner GOVERNMENT AGENCY develop appropriate alternatives; and identify benefits and liabilities. Demonstrate an understanding of abstract planning concepts possessing a high degree of uncertainty and demonstrate the ability to manipulate these concepts.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Navy Shore Facility Planning System (SFPS) and demonstrate experience with all major components of that system. Knowledge of Navy e-systems, such as but not limited to iNFADS, PAX, ieFACMAN, etc.
Application of knowledge and skill to the shore facilities planning environment. Regional Plans
