ph3The opportunity /h3 pWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support key global functions, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Trade Transport Logistics (TTL), Health, Safety Environment (HSE), Quality, and Operations. /p pThis role will partner with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure effective talent management across these critical areas. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liAct as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to global functional leaders in SCM, TTL, HSE, Quality, and Operations on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and change management. /li liTranslate business strategy into HR priorities and deliver tailored HR solutions that support functional goals and drive business outcomes. /li liLead and execute global talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs for the assigned functions, in close collaboration with the TL team. /li liDrive workforce planning and analytics to identify current and future talent needs, skill gaps, and opportunities for optimization within the assigned Functions. /li liOversee and advise on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulations. /li liPartner with compensation and benefits teams to develop and implement competitive reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent within the assigned functions. /li liChampion Hitachi's culture and values, promoting diversity, opportunity, and inclusion. /li liCollaborate with HSE leadership to ensure robust safety cultures, compliance with global HSE standards, and effective incident management. /li liSupport organizational change initiatives and transformations, providing expert HR guidance and ensuring smooth transitions. /li liAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and propose data-driven solutions to improve business performance. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, CIPD) preferred. /li liMinimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an international HR Business Partner role supporting complex, multinational organizations. /li liDemonstrated experience supporting functional areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or HSE is highly desirable. /li liStrong understanding of global HR practices, employment law, and cultural nuances across various regions. /li liProven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders in a matrixed organizational structure. /li liExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly and concisely. /li liStrategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive informed decision-making. /li liExperience with organizational development, change management, and talent management programs. /li liAbility to travel internationally as required. /li liFluency in English required; proficiency in other languages is a plus. /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 ul liWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact. /li /ul /p
