The opportunity We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support key global functions, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Trade Transport Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SPHR, CIPD) preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an international HR Business Partner role supporting complex, multinational organizations. Demonstrated experience supporting functional areas such as Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, or HSE is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of global HR practices, employment law, and cultural nuances across various regions. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders in a matrixed organizational structure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly and concisely.
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives. Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive informed decision-making. Experience with organizational development, change management, and talent management programs.
