Hybrid Accounts Payable Intern – Global Invoicing & Data Entry

Keywords Studios in Cinisello Balsamo is looking for an Intern to manage supplier invoice data entry for both Italian and foreign companies. The candidate will report to the Accounts Payable Coordinator, supporting tasks such as entering invoices, bank reconciliations, and aging management.

Applicants should have at least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English. The position offers a hybrid model with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
