You’re invited to join Sompo’s CUO Office in Continental Europe as a Lead, Portfolio and Performance Analytics, where you’ll build central analytics support for our commercial insurance operations. Location : Based primarily in Zurich, with potential to work in Paris, Milan, Cologne or Munich.
What You’ll Be Doing Portfolio performance analysis: evaluate underwriting performance, identify trends, and analyze profitability, risk quality, and portfolio composition to drive growth and improvement. Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reviews for leadership.
Underwriting portfolio steering: refine risk appetite, recommend strategies for growth or remediation, support underwriting plans, and monitor execution against targets. Risk aggregation
