Purpose of Role The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance of various sites and leading a team of Lightning Protection Technicians. The primary focus will be to ensure the efficient delivery of projects, maintain high-quality standards and foster positive client relationships.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills will be crucial in successfully managing the site team and delivering project expectations. Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations and maintenance of various earthing acting as Safety Representative.
Requirements Proven experience in construction industry or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites. Electrical background advantageous but not essential. Strong understanding of lightning protection systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices.
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Strong client relationship management skills, with a customer-centric approach and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German Dutch, French, or Spanish would be advantageous but not required.
