Job Overview At ING Italy, we are building a Business Bank for the Italian market, digital, fast, entrepreneurial and powered by data, technology, and the Orange Code. To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Paid Media Expert to shape and scale the full performance engine of our new Business Banking line.
This is a unique opportunity to drive Italy’s digital sales growth and be part of the Growth ensure best‑in‑class set‑up, tracking, optimisation and continuous performance improvement across audiences, creatives and bidding strategies.
Lead and challenge agency performance with clear governance. Own the agency relationship, enforce a strong operating cadence, and ensure accountability on outcomes, transparency and testing discipline. Build a data‑driven and AI‑enabled performance engine; translate data into action, implement AI‑driven workflows and automation, and optimise the balance between smart automation and manual control.
Drive experimentation, innovation lead structured testing and scale new and emerging channels, ensuring continuous innovation based on incremental value and future growth opportunities. Qualifications 2‑5 years in paid media / performance marketing.
Experience at a media agency is highly favoured. Deep and hands‑on experience with paid channels such as Google Ads, social platforms, display, programmatic and partnerships. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions and improvements.
Affinity with automation and AI‑driven optimisation in marketing. Up‑to‑date with the latest trends in media. Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and decisive. Comfortable operating in a corporate environment, while moving at startup speed.
Challenger mindset: aim high, iterate fast and remove blockers. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (digital) marketing or related fields. Fluently in both English and Italian. Working Conditions Contract: Permanent employment contract.
Working hours: Full time (37 hours per week). Applicable collective labour agreement: National Collective Labour Agreement for employees in the credit sector (NCLA). Location: Milan. Annual base salary starting from €44,000.
