Regional Customer Operations & Escalation Lead

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Customer Care Operations Lead to bridge the Global Customer Care Centre of Excellence with the local market. You will own instrument order fulfillment, resolve escalated requests, and ensure interactions meet global standards and local needs.

You will collaborate across Commercial, Service, Supply Chain, and other functions to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while balancing global processes with market requirements.
