Sales & Customer Relationship Intern

To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Sales & Customer Relationship Intern. What will be your key responsibilities? Manage all presales activities with the goal to convert effectively incoming sales leads, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order value Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers' inquiries and requests through emails and calls Interact with suppliers to manage customers' requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience Customer loyalty and retention initiatives Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives
