Sales Specialist - 1 Year Contract Lombardia

1. Primary Objective of Position

Increasessalesand market share of AbbottDiabetes Care(ADC) products through the sale of all availablediabetesproducts. Is responsible to achievesalesplan for the assignedsalesterritory.

2. Major Accountabilities

Main tasks include:

• Develops and implements plans in order to createsales, maintain and expand ADC business.
• Keeps current on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing a variety of resources.
• Maintains good relationships with customers and visits them on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with Distributors and their agents on projectdedicatedto Pharmacies
• Writes weekly reports about which customers he has visited.
• Understands and conveys information professionally and accurately.
• Has acquired experience and maturity on glucose monitoring marketplace
• Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
• Target: GENERAL PRACTITIONER

3. Education

• Degree inscienceasbiology, pharmacy or Economics with proper experience (three - five years).

4. Background

• Knows ADC products, their applications and competitors (instruments, technologies, strategies)
• Knows and applies ADC procedures, policies and code of business conduct.
• Has an elementary knowledge ofEnglish language.
• Knows how to operate standard software packages.
• Has a knowledge on how to sell and which strategy to use.
