Senior Sales Director - utility (PV Module)

Position Summary The Southern Europe Sales Director will be responsible for developing and managing utility-scale and C MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in solar PV or renewable energy project sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of PV industry, market dynamics, and utility-scale project business Experience working with EPCs, developers, IPPs, or utility-scale stakeholders Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel up to 50% internationally English required; additional Southern European language (Italian/Spanish/Portuguese) preferred Core Success Profile (Implicit Requirements) Strong network in Southern Europe solar project ecosystem Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals Commercial ownership mindset (revenue + margin responsibility) Experience in competitive PV module markets Strong pipeline development capability within EPC/developer channels
