you will
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies. Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills. Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning. Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement. We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is: Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people. A confident communicator with a genuine interest in autism and SEN.Interested in gaining experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues. Calm, adaptable, and willing to learn.
