you will
Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual students' needs. Support students with their communication, social skills, independence and learning. Follow individualised behaviour and learning programmes under the guidance of experienced staff.
Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviours and engagement. We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is: Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.
Interested in Applied Behaviour Analysis and developing practical experience within a specialist educational setting. A confident communicator with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with additional needs. Able to follow structured programmes and implement strategies consistently.
