We are seeking an ambitious and driven Accommodation Manager / General Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of a high-quality residence in Dublin, delivering an exceptional resident experience while driving operational excellence, occupancy performance and commercial success.
The Opportunity As Accommodation Manager / General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and standards of the residence. You will oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring a safe, compliant, commercially focused and resident-centred environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with onsite teams and support functions to ensure the residence consistently delivers exceptional service, strong occupancy and operational excellence.
