Account Executive

Overview

In this role you help manage aerospace and aviation insurance programmes for major clients, acting as a trusted contact across the policy lifecycle. You collaborate with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to support renewals, placements, and tailored client solutions. You’ll coordinate claims, market engagement, and client reporting while deepening specialist market knowledge. This is a collaborative, growth‑oriented position within a global shop that values curiosity and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support placement and servicing of aerospace and aviation insurance programmes
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare market submissions, renewal information, and contractual documentation
• Coordinate claims activity and provide regular client updates
• Produce premium calculations, reports, and analyses to support servicing

Key requirements

• Experience in the London Market insurance industry in broking, account management, or client servicing
• Ability to communicate effectively in conversations, presentations, and written form
• Comfort with numerical data, calculations, and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
