Account Manager, Amazon Global Logistics

Overview

In this role you drive growth for Amazon Global Logistics across UK and EU by turning customer needs into compelling logistics solutions. You will manage and grow a portfolio of Selling Partners, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate market insights into winning value propositions. The position blends sales, program management, and data-driven decision making to scale our end-to-end logistics offerings. You’ll engage senior stakeholders and help deliver a seamless seller experience at scale.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of Selling Partners for AGL to meet or exceed sales targets
• Own sales activities including outreach, pipeline management, forecasting, operational troubleshooting, and partner education
• Identify growth opportunities through solutions-based selling by understanding Selling Partners supply chain needs
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations to senior external stakeholders such as Directors and business owners
• Actively prospect for new business opportunities using market insights and network connections
• Program management to improve and build the Selling Partners experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless seller experience and target achievement

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Experience exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
• Experience influencing at all organizational levels, particularly at executive level
• Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
• Fluent in German
