Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Walsall
Hours: 6:30am - 4:00pm
Pay Rate: 12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our client's team based in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, confident dealing with people, and comfortable working across a varied administrative role.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of day-to-day administrative and office duties, including:

• Welcoming and dealing with visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering queries and supporting reception duties
• Completing general data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Managing stock levels and carrying out stock control
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
• Providing training and guidance to members of staff
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Organised and reliable
• Confident communicating with staff, visitors and suppliers
• Comfortable using computer systems and completing data entry
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
• Professional and approachable
• Previous reception, administration, stock control or purchasing experience would be advantageous
