Administrator/ Planner (Asset & Compliance) – x2 positions Based: Home-based, with regular attendance to our emh offices, and to site (Designated office: Longfield House, Ilkeston or Memorial House, Coalville) Hours : 35 hours per week, working Monday to Friday Salary : £24,891 - £27,657 per annum (RFJ 4) The role We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Administrator/Planner to support the delivery of our stock condition, compliance and investment programmes.
This is a varied role that plays a key part in ensuring surveys, inspections and improvement works are effectively planned, coordinated and recorded, helping us maintain safe, compliant and high-quality homes for our residents.
As Administrator/Planner, you will arrange resident appointments, coordinate access for surveys and works, maintain accurate asset and compliance data, and monitor actions arising from inspections. Working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams, you will help ensure risks are identified and managed appropriately, supporting compliance with the Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS and Awaab's Law.
About you The successful candidate will be an organised and proactive individual with strong administrative, planning and IT skills. With excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach, you'll be confident managing data, coordinating activities and communicating effectively with residents, colleagues and contractors.
You will be able to prioritise workloads, work accurately under pressure and collaborate effectively as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, compliant homes and excellent customer service.
