Youll manage a varied adult social care caseload, completing strengths-based Care Act assessments, reviews and support plans while promoting independence, choice and positive outcomes. Working closely with individuals, families and partner agencies, youll handle complex safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Best Interest and, where needed, Court of Protection work, alongside coordinating care and supporting junior colleagues.
