This is the perfect role for someone with existing agricultural law experience who wants to work with a diverse client base and enjoy genuine career progression. This role can be based in either Axminster, Seaton, Sidmouth or Exmouth.
The roleYou'll be part of a thriving team, advising a wide range of clients including farmers, landowners, rural businesses, and estates. Your work will cover: Rural and agricultural property transactionsFarm sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and succession planningAgricultural tenancies and property rightsLand development, diversification, and commercial projectsBuilding strong client and referrer relationships through networking and promotionAbout youApplications are welcome from Solicitors, Legal Executives, and experienced Practitioners.
The ideal candidate will: Have 2-5 years' PQE in agricultural or rural property matters, or equivalent experience running their own caseloadBe confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentDemonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent client careShow enthusiasm for building relationshipsApplications are also encouraged from candidates who may not meet every requirement but can demonstrate strong potential and a genuine passion for agricultural law.
