This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client focused lawyer to handle a varied caseload and contribute to the continued growth of a respected regional practice. The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of family law matters and provide high quality advice across a broad range of issues, including: Divorce and civil partnership mattersSeparation and cohabitation issuesFinancial remedy workPrivate children mattersGeneral family law adviceLegal Aid work (desirable but not essential)You will work closely with colleagues across the department, delivering exceptional client care and supporting the wider team.

Candidate RequirementsSolicitor, Legal Executive or experienced fee earner with 5+ years' experience managing your own caseloadStrong background across a broad range of family law mattersAbility to manage a busy workload and work effectively under pressurePersonable, articulate and confident working independently and as part of a teamExperience using case management systems (advantageous)Comfortable transitioning to e files and digital workflowsMotivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering excellent client serviceInterest in supervising or mentoring junior staff is welcomedWhat We're Looking ForA driven, proactive and client focused lawyerSomeone who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take responsibility for their own caseloadA professional who aligns with the firm's values and risk management standardsA candidate with ambition - opportunities exist to build and lead a team, with Associate or Partnership prospects for the right personWillingness to attend networking events and support business developmentApplications are also encouraged from practitioners who may not meet every requirement but can demonstrate strong potential, enthusiasm and commitment to the role.
