Agricultural, Rural & Property Solicitor / Lawyer Agricultural, Rural & Property Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) The Role Buying and selling agricultural, rural and commercial land Farm and estate acquisitions and disposals Agricultural and commercial leases Option agreements, promotion agreements and development agreements Strategic land transactions Overage arrangements Easements, covenants and rights affecting land Property aspects of farming business and succession planning matters Sales, acquisitions and refinancing of high-value property assets General commercial property transactions The team regularly advises on significant development land projects, supporting landowners from the negotiation of option and promotion agreements through to the ultimate sale and development of land.
About You Are a qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE Have experience in Commercial Property, Agricultural Property or Rural Property Have a genuine interest in land, rural businesses and development projects Demonstrate strong technical and drafting skills Are commercially minded and client-focused Enjoy building long-term client relationships Thrive in a collaborative team environment Candidates with a commercial property background who are looking to develop a specialism within the landowner and rural sector are particularly encouraged to apply.
