This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive, ambitious and forward thinking firm known for excellent client service and strong values. The RoleYou'll be responsible for managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including: Commercial property sales and acquisitionsLandlord and tenant matters, including leases, agreements for lease and ancillary documentsFreehold and leasehold transactionsProperty finance matters acting for lenders or borrowersProperty aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and contract amendmentsDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationshipsDelivering consistently high levels of service and identifying opportunities for improved deliverySupporting the profile and reputation of the Commercial Property Department through networking and marketingCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified lawyer with: Approximately 3+ years' PQE in commercial propertyStrong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skillsExperience with commercial leases, licences, rent deposit deeds and side lettersStrong understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, title issues, planning and environmental considerationsExperience with SDLT, VAT and property due diligence processesFamiliarity with case management systems and Land Registry requirementsExcellent communication skills and confidence managing client expectationsAbility to manage a varied caseload independently with strong organisational skillsA proactive, adaptable and collaborative approachExperience contributing to business development and client growthBenefitsThe firm offers: Competitive salarySupportive and positive working environmentStrong focus on professional development and trainingOpportunities for progression within a growing departmentExcellent employee benefits and social eventsHow to ApplyIf this opportunity sounds of interest or you'd like a confidential conversation about your next career move, please contact: Email: oliviareed@chadwicknott.co.ukPhone: 0117 917 1515 / 07711 799761The firm is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
