This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will be at the heart of our air freight operations — coordinating international shipments, building relationships with airlines and handling agents, and ensuring our clients receive a seamless, world-class service. /p p If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in getting the details right, and want to be part of something thats genuinely being built from the ground up — this is your role. /p p br /p p strong 📋 What Youll Do /strong /p ul li Prepare and maintain air freight quotations and manage rate negotiations with carriers /li li Coordinate day-to-day air operations with airlines, handling agents, and customs brokers /li li Proactively monitor shipments and keep clients informed at every stage /li li Issue accurate and compliant air cargo documentation (AWB, customs declarations, certificates of origin) /li li Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate the client experience /li li Support the growth of the air freight desk as the operation scales /li /ul p br /p p strong 🎯 What Were Looking For /strong /p ul li Experience in air freight operations or a similar role within freight forwarding /li li Strong knowledge of air cargo documentation and international shipping regulations /li li Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple shipments simultaneously /li li A team player with a client-first mindset /li li Based in or within commuting distance of Birmingham /li /ul p br /p p strong What We Offer /strong /p ul li A key role in a young, fast-growing freight forwarding operation backed by a global group /li li Direct exposure to leadership and real influence over how the air freight function develops /li li A dynamic, international working environment /li li Competitive compensation, dependent on experience /li /ul p br /p p br /p
