Position: Dispatchers, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance Type: Independent Contractor Compensation: $60–$100/hour Location: US, UK, or Canada Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a Dispatcher to enhance AI model training .
Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance. Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Ensure the use of a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks. Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years full-time work experience as a Dispatcher, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance.
Be based in the US, UK, or Canada . Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
