- Produce detailed technical drawing packages
- Manage projects from 30 to 300 units
- Coordinate multiple live project workloads
- Review drawings for quality and compliance
- Act as key contact for clients
- Resolve technical and construction issues
- Support fee proposals and resourcing
- Maintain delivery against programme deadlines
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams
- Use AutoCAD across all project stagesSkills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years in UK residential projects
- Strong AutoCAD technical drawing ability
- Knowledge of UK building regulations
- Experience on developer-led housing schemes
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience reviewing team output
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
