Overview

As an Area Manager in Amazon’s Customer Fulfilment network, you will lead a site to meet customer demand with safety, quality, and productivity at the forefront. You’ll manage a team to uphold a safe work environment while driving process improvements and efficiency across shifts. Your role includes overseeing projects that streamline operations and improve service levels for customers, collaborating with senior colleagues to standardise shift practices. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape operations in a fast-paced, data-driven logistics environment.
