A well?established manufacturing company in South Oxfordshire is seeking a permanent Assembly Technician to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy hands?on work and want to grow your skills in a quality?driven environment.
You'll be active throughout the day - standing, bending and lifting - while helping produce a range of assemblies using hand tools and clear work instructions.
Key responsibilities
Assemble small to large components Follow drawings and instructions accurately Maintain a clean, safe workspace Support wider manufacturing tasks Deliver high?quality workmanship Work flexibly with senior management and the team You'll bring: Basic assembly/tool experience A positive, motivated attitude Strong attention to detail Good communication and organisation Reliability and teamwork Hours : Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
