You will be someone who comes from a branded restaurant background and is used to working in high volume. You will be an Assistant Manager with experience in a similar environment. As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager and work closely with the kitchen. You will be an Assistant Manager who is good with managing and developing a team. As Assistant Manager you will uphold the high standards that the company is known for. You will have a passion for delivering good service and injecting an energy into the restaurant team. You will be passionate about helping your team grow and support them in training. The company is big on sustainability and this will be something you will be passionate about and help with.
