the Role

Work closely with an experienced team of Surveyors, Buyers, and Estimators. Provide cost management and cost control for projects. Engage in a fast-moving and interesting workload, ensuring the financial success of key accounts.

Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain and enhance client relationships. Contribute to the team's success through effective cost analysis and budget management. Required Skills &

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Leisure and Retail sectors but the client is happy to talk to candidates with other project experience. Strong understanding of cost management and cost control practices.

Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Commitment to professional development and career advancement.
