This role offers exposure to a broad range of financing transactions and the chance to work with an impressive client base of lenders, corporates and sponsors across multiple sectors. The TeamThe team advises on a wide variety of financing matters, including: Leveraged financeReal estate financeProject financeAsset based lendingWorking closely with clients, the team focuses on understanding commercial drivers and delivering tailored, innovative funding solutions - whether supporting a new project, a strategic acquisition or a complex refinancing.
The RoleYou will play a key role in delivering high quality advice across the full spectrum of banking and finance matters. Responsibilities include: Advising on a broad range of banking and finance issuesSupporting leveraged finance and real estate finance transactionsDeveloping and maintaining technical knowledge across the sectorWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the wider teamBuilding strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for cross referralsActively contributing to business development initiativesCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a motivated and commercially minded lawyer with:2-5 years' PQE in banking and financeA solid grounding in leveraged finance and real estate financeStrong drafting skills and excellent technical abilityConfidence managing client relationshipsA collaborative approach and strong team ethosCommercial awareness and the ability to deliver pragmatic adviceA proactive, organised and detail focused mindsetBenefitsYou will enjoy a supportive, people focused culture with a strong emphasis on development and wellbeing.
