This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate finance or exposure gained through a broader commercial property role, looking to develop within a fast paced, high performing environment. The RoleYou'll work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, advising lenders and borrowers on:Loans relating to property sales and acquisitionsDevelopment financeRefinancing of existing debtReal estate finance issues arising across commercial property transactionsThe team advises a wide variety of lenders, including mainstream banks, challenger banks, bridging loan companies, peer to peer lenders and individual borrowers.

You'll gain exposure to every aspect of a real estate finance deal and work closely with colleagues across the wider Real Estate and Commercial teams.
