This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality national and international deals across a variety of sectors, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets & Governance, and Private Equity/Venture Capital, all within a supportive and collegiate environment.
The RoleYou'll be responsible for advising a wide range of clients, including large quoted companies, privately owned businesses, banks, financial institutions, and investors, on complex corporate transactions.
