Candidates with 6+ PQE are encouraged to apply, although those slightly more junior with strong experience and the ability to manage their own caseload will also be considered. You will work across the full spectrum of corporate matters, including: Mergers and acquisitionsShareholder agreementsCorporate restructuringsJoint venturesPrivate equity transactionsThe team works seamlessly across offices, offering exposure to high quality national work and some international matters.
