A leading South West law firm is continuing to invest in its Employment team and is looking to appoint a solicitor to join its established Bristol office. You'll advise a broad mix of employers and senior individuals, giving you exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work from day one.

The team has built an excellent reputation for combining technical expertise with pragmatic, commercial advice, acting for businesses ranging from owner-managed companies through to large national organisations across a variety of sectors.

The RoleYou'll manage your own caseload whilst working closely with experienced senior lawyers on more complex matters, advising on:Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claimsTUPE, restructures and redundancy exercisesEmployment contracts, policies and handbooksSettlement agreements and senior exitsDisciplinary and grievance mattersEmployment Tribunal litigation from initial instruction through to final hearingEmployment support on corporate transactionsAlongside fee-earning, you'll have the opportunity to become involved in business development, client events and marketing initiatives, helping to continue the team's impressive growth across the region.
