The RoleThis is an opportunity to join a premier employment practice advising major national and international clients on sophisticated, high value matters. You'll work closely with ranked partners and senior practitioners across the UK, gaining exposure to: Complex employment and workforce issuesStrategic change programmes and reorganisationsEmployment tribunal and civil litigationGlobal mobility and cross border mattersLarge scale DSARs and sensitive internal investigationsHigh profile advisory work for FTSE 100/250 companies, public sector bodies, fast growth businesses and senior executivesYou'll enjoy early responsibility, direct client contact and the chance to contribute to one of the most respected employment teams in the country.
Candidate RequirementsStrong experience in employment law (contentious and/or non contentious)Ability to manage a varied, complex workload with confidenceExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a large national teamCommercial awareness and a proactive, solutions focused approachSRA registered solicitorThe team is open to candidates from 3 PQE through to Senior Associate level.
