This highly ranked team specialises in: Residential and mixed-use development site set-upInfrastructure arrangementsOpen market and shared ownership plot salesThe full lifecycle of shared ownership properties The client base is second to none and you can expect to work with national housebuilders, local and regional developers, housing associations, and local authorities.

The successful candidate will play a hands-on position with plenty of variety and scope to grow. You'll: Handle a broad range of home sales matters from start to finishDevelop technical skills and client management expertiseMentor and supervise junior colleaguesPlay an active role in business development and client relationship building Candidate

Requirements
