Due to continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload and play a key role within a thriving department. The RoleYou will manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including: Purchases (registered, unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build)Sales (registered, unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership)Re mortgagesTransfers of equityEquity releaseYou will work closely with clients, delivering a high standard of service while managing files efficiently and confidently.
