This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, ambitious and high performing team, advising a diverse client base on a wide range of commercial property matters. The RoleAdvising on commercial property acquisitions and disposalsHandling landlord and tenant matters, including leases and lease renewalsWorking on telecoms matters and associated property issuesManaging asset management work for investors, lenders, landlords and tenantsLeading transactions from initial instruction through to completionDrafting and negotiating commercial property documentationBuilding strong client relationships and delivering pragmatic, commercial adviceCollaborating with colleagues across the wider Transactional Property GroupSupporting business development and contributing to team growthSupervising junior lawyers and trainees (for senior candidates)Development and energy work are handled by specialist teams elsewhere in the firm.
