Attendance Officer – Mixed Secondary School in Merton (January Start) Location: Merton Start Date: January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale A supportive mixed secondary school in Merton is seeking a dedicated Attendance Officer to join its pastoral support team from January.

- Monitor daily attendance and punctuality across the school.
- Contact parents and carers regarding absences.
- Produce attendance reports and identify patterns of concern.
- Work closely with pastoral leaders and safeguarding staff. Requirements
- Experience in an attendance, pastoral, or administrative role (desirable).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
