Join a high-performing engineering team building enterprise-scale financial technology used across Europe. You'll lead the delivery of complex features, design solutions that other engineers build from, and help set the technical quality bar through mentoring, code reviews and hands-on development.
We're looking for a strong Java/Spring Boot backend engineer with excellent database skills (PostgreSQL), experience delivering scalable cloud-based systems, and a passion for quality engineering. You'll work across architecture, performance, security and observability, while helping shape engineering standards and supporting junior developers.
AWS, CI/CD, React/TypeScript exposure and AI-assisted development experience are desirable.
