Finance Associate | Structured Finance or Corporate Trust London | NQ-3 PQE | Elite US firm Eclectic Recruitment is working with a leading international law firm seeking to appoint an NQ-3 PQE Finance Associate to join its London team.
The firm's immediate hiring needs are within Structured Finance or Corporate Trust, with opportunities for lawyers looking to build their careers within a high-quality international practice. Key Responsibilities Advise on a range of Structured Finance or Corporate Trust matters.
Draft and review complex transaction and finance documentation. Work with leading financial institutions, trustees and corporate clients. Support sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions. Work alongside experienced lawyers within a specialist Finance team.
Candidate Requirements NQ-3 PQE solicitor with experience in Structured Finance or Corporate Trust. Strong training and experience gained at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or leading US/international law firm. Excellent technical legal knowledge and drafting skills.
Strong academics and excellent analytical and communication skills. Genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a specialist finance practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre junior finance lawyer with top-level training and experience to join a leading international firm and further develop their expertise within either Structured Finance or Corporate Trust.
