Overview

As a BMS Projects Engineer, you will lead retrofit and upgrade projects from inception to completion, managing engineering, software, and subcontractors within budget and on schedule. You will work within a long‑standing BMS systems house, contributing to growth through securing and delivering multi‑kilo projects. Your role supports cross‑functional delivery and ensures high standards in control systems integration. Responsibilities

• Lead BMS retrofit/refurbishment/upgrade projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate engineering, software and subcontractor management
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
• Ensure delivery within fast track schedules and contracts
• Experience with BMS controls in multivendor environments

Key requirements

• Proven track record in running BMS projects 10k–500k
• BMS background with knowledge of Trend, TAC, Siemens, Honeywell, Satchwell, Tridium
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong budgeting and time‑control capabilities
• Experience in retrofit/refurb/upgrade projects rather than new builds
• Willingness to discuss and engage in exclusive opportunities
