p A long-standing and growing real-estate investment business is looking for a Building Surveyor or Project Manager to oversee a variety of new build and refurbishment works across its portfolio. /p p br /p p Based in the West Midlands, you’d be tasked with looking after a variety of projects across both residential and industrial sectors, using external consultants and contractors as necessary to ensure refurbishment and new-build works are completed on specification, on time and on budget. /p p br /p p Ideally coming from a Building Surveying background (but not necessarily), you should have commercial experience at consultancy or client-side already, and be happy to work autonomously as there is plenty to be getting on with.
